We provide non-emergency medical transportation for our passengers who:

• Are ambulatory and may not require assistance. They simply need a safe, comfortable ride to and from an appointment with an attentive driver. 
• Are ambulatory but use a cane or walker as a mobility aid. Our drivers offer any assistance required, and will escort passengers to their appointments and back to their doorsteps while standing ready to help as needed
• Use a wheelchair or other mobility device. We have specialized vehicles and drivers trained to operate them. This allows us to safely transport passengers in a wide range of chairs and mobility devices. 

Have been exposed to COVID-19 or who are currently experiencing an infection. These rides take place in a dedicated vehicle which is not used for other duties. We have implemented advanced safety protocols, have full PPE for our drivers, and only drivers who have been fully inoculated conduct these trips.
